ROBO FIGHT

Robot Fighting League ruleset

  1. All participants build and operate robots at their own risk. Combat robotics is inherently dangerous. There is no amount of regulation that can encompass all the dangers involved. Please take care to not hurt yourself or others when building, testing and competing.
  2. The battle car's weight limit must not exceed 10 kg.
  3. You may harm your opponent's car, but you are not permitted to destroy it.
  4. After the referee calls, the robots have 30 seconds to regain self-control, otherwise it may be disqualify
  5. All robots must have easily visible and controlled mobility in order to compete.
    * Shuffling (rotational cam operated legs) is allowed.
    * Gyroscopic procession is allowed.
    * Ground effect air cushions (hovercrafts) are allowed.
    * Jumping and hoppin is allowed.
    * Flying (airfoil using, helium balloons, ornithopters, etc.) is not allowed
  6. Matches shall be 10 minutes long of active fight time, exclusive of any time-outs.
  7. Any car that remains motionless or doesn't attack for 30 seconds could be disqualified at the referee's discretion.
  8. A panel of judges will determine the winner of matches if time expires before one combatant is knocked out as defined above. The number of judges on the panel shall be an odd number (three) to eliminate the possibility of ties.
  9. Point Scoring System Points are awarded in 2 categories: Aggression points, Boundary Lines points.
    *A match total will be 11 points.
    *Each robot's aggression score will be determined by the number of times it attacks another.
    *If the robot (car) crosses the designated boundary lines, the opponent will receive points.

DRONE MAKING

Drone Making Competition ruleset

  • All participants build and operate Drones at their own risk.There is no amount of regulation that can encompass all the dengerous involved.Please take care to not heart your self or others when building, testing and competing.
  • All drones must be handcrafted by contestants, prohibiting the use of pre-made or commercial drones.
  • Drones must serve a specific purpose, with safety being paramount and non-negotiable.
  • Overall performance, encompassing stability, utility, authenticity, and flight control, will determine the winner.
    *There may be a small task before the winner is declared.
  • The maximum flight time for each drone is restricted to 3 minutes.
  • Drones must adhere to a quadcopter configuration with four rotors and four propellers for lift and stability.
  • Participants are encouraged to showcase innovation and creativity in their drone designs.
  • Violation of rules, unethical behavior, or sabotage attempts will result in immediate disqualification.
